Order Processing & Production

All of our products are made to order. We work with trusted print‑on‑demand partners, including JetPrint and Printify, to produce and ship your items.

  • Production time: Typically 2–7 business days

  • Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Because items are custom‑made, we cannot cancel or modify orders once production has started.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and the fulfillment partner.

Estimated shipping times (after production):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 10–25 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The products ordered

  • The fulfillment partner shipping your items

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship internationally where supported by our fulfillment partners.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the last tracking update) with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our products are made to order, we have a specific return and exchange policy outlined below.

All Sales Are Final (Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items)

All of our products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partners, including JetPrint and Printify. For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect size ordered

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Design or color preferences

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • With a printing error

  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Exchanges

Because all items are custom‑made:

  • We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design changes.

  • If your item qualifies due to damage or defect, a replacement will be issued rather than an exchange.

Returned Packages & Refused Deliveries

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.

  • If you choose to refuse delivery, the order is considered final and non‑refundable.

Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the print‑on‑demand process and are not considered defects.

  • Mockup images are for display purposes only and may differ slightly from the final printed product.
