Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Because items are custom‑made, we cannot cancel or modify orders once production has started.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and the fulfillment partner.

Tracking Information

International Shipping & Customs

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
Because all items are custom‑made:

Returned Packages & Refused Deliveries

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
