I used to think that perfumery was straightforward: to enhance a scent, you simply add more of it. But the world of fragrance is far more magical than that. I've learned that some notes don't need to be loud to stand out. For instance, adding more Jasmine can surprisingly amplify the scent of Rose Petals, making it brighter and more dimensional, without adding a single drop more of the rose fragrance itself. They work in the background, highlighting and elevating each other
